Steel Machine was formed in 2006 by guitarist/singer Timo Takala and bassist Sebastian Bergman. Currently located in Helsinki, the hard rocking metal trio also includes Juha Forsström on drums. The sound and the feel of the band can be described as a cross between 80's NWOBHM demo releases and Motörhead. Hornado is all about making songs that you can actually remember and sing to. Everything is like it should be from a group whose vocalist calls himself Dave Laserchild, and it is done with skill and pride. The lyrics are, of course, about all things metal, party, fun and beer. Oh, and "Hey Girls" too. Only for metal heads who like fun- the rest may take some intellectual post-black-metal to their Safe Space, throw away the key, and die there 😉
